碧华姐是恩群社区服务的义工也是个活跃的学者，参与了多项全国乐龄学苑举办的课程。

“我最大的收获是学会了较冷静地处理所面对的问题，优化了我与孩子和孙子的关系。作为祖母，我也学会了怎么“放手”我的孙子，把养育孙子的掌权与责任交给我已成年的孩子们，孙子们的父母，并学会了更珍惜自己的时间，自己的学习与成长。”

She shared about her volunteering and active learning journey with National Silver Academy Courses:

“My greatest takeaway is that I learnt to become calmer when faced with problems, and my relationships with my children and grandchildren have improved. As a grandmother, I have learnt to let go of my ideas of holding tight to my grandchildren, a responsibility meant for my adult children, and to focus on myself more, to live a healthy and active life.”
