Join 200 seniors as they showcase their talents playing the ukulele and percussion, singing, dancing and exercising; displaying their vibrant and active ageing lifestyles.

Come bond with the family amidst food, fun and festive celebrations for the Mid-Autumn with picnic, mass singing exercising, plus many many more activities and performances for both the young and old in the family. Be entertained by show choirs and bands and try your luck at the traditional lantern riddles and bring home a Chinese calligraphy piece specially written for you.

Our celebrity fitness coach Nate Hsu, well-known for having led the exercise segment on Mediacorp’s Channel 8 Morning Express during the DORSCON period of the Covid-19 pandemic, will be leading the mass exercise at the picnic.

Registration costs will include a picnic hamper for individuals. Inside each hamper there will also be a specially designed exercise ball – the EN ball: a handy exercise ball that helps improve functional fitness and mind and muscle coordination, a first-of-its-kind in Singapore.

All proceeds from the registration and hamper sales will go towards the funding of programmes and services for our seniors, youths and families.

"It's a great family bonding and outing opportunity for everyone to come relax and chill out together aka “communal socialising” since the relaxation of the Covid-19 restrictions post-DORSCON."

We have been generously and warmly supported and encouraged by our sponsors and partners who share the same vision as us to promote active ageing and communal and familial bonding through activities and fun.
